OVERVIEW

This course aims at preparing students for a web master position. It consists in three parts : Digital Marketing , Web Design with WordPress and Google ads & analytics . The digital marketing module includes marketing plan and hands on advertisement on popular media like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest. Furthermore, students learn SEO, Email Marketing and Copywriting concepts.  At the end of this module one should be able to work as a digital marketer for small to medium companies.

WordPress is the perfect tool for creating a fully customized website for any purpose. Whether you want to create a blog,  a personal portfolio, or a business website to sell your products and services, you can do it with WordPress. In this part of the course we build a website together step-by-step and along the way you organically absorb and  master WordPress. Google Analytics shows new users how to create an account, implement tracking code, and set up data filters. You’ll learn how to navigate the Google Analytics interface and reports, and set up dashboards and shortcuts.

PREREQUISITES

No prerequisite knowledge required; the only thing you need is a computer and an internet connection. Also no previous knowledge of Photoshop required. If you have Photoshop installed, that’s great. If not, we’ll teach you how to get it on your computer. No coding knowledge required and no prior upgrades required.
